OrderingHow do I place an order?

Full payment is required to confirm an order. We'll notify you as soon as your tickets are secured.
OrderingHow much are the tickets?
Prices differ by concert and by section. Just tell us which show you're after and we'll quote you right away — or see live prices for every show at bubbletickets.net/order
OrderingHow early should I order?
We announce the on-sale time in advance. The cut-off is simply whether the show can still be ordered on our site — once it closes there, we can no longer take it. Order early: the earlier your payment completes, the earlier your seat is allocated. Follow our Instagram and WhatsApp Channel for the latest.
OrderingI missed the pre-order window — can I still order?
Yes. You'll miss the pre-order rate, and pre-order customers are handled first. Any remaining tickets are then sold at market price until sold out.
PaymentHow do I pay?
Malaysian local bank transfer, Touch 'n Go, Alipay and PayPal. We're adding more payment options over time — the options actually available are whatever is shown on the order page (they can differ by show).
SeatingCan I choose my exact seat?
We grab within the ticket category (CAT) you choose. The exact seat inside that category is assigned randomly by the official system — we cannot pick it.
You may note your preferred spot when ordering: if it happens to be available at the moment we grab, we'll try to get it for you — but adding a note does not guarantee we'll secure it.
We strongly recommend choosing a backup section: if your first choice is gone, we switch to your backup immediately.
SeatingHow are seats allocated when several people order the same show?
Seats are allocated in the order payment is completed — whoever completes payment first is allocated first, then the next, and so on.
Nobody jumps the queue: not for paying more, not for being a returning customer. The same rule applies to everyone.
What counts is the time your payment is completed, not when you placed the order or when you messaged us. An order without completed payment does not hold a place.
Within the same category, the exact seat is still whatever the official system gives us — see the question above.
GrabbingAre you 100% guaranteed to get the tickets?
No — nobody can guarantee it. We grab the moment sales open and we are fast, but it depends on how much stock the official platform releases and how fast local buyers are. If we fail to secure your tickets, your order amount is refunded.
DeliveryHow long until I receive my tickets?
It depends on the official release arrangement for that show. Three common cases:
1) Official releases tickets immediately — we sort your order and send them, usually within 24-48 hours (longer when order volume is high).
2) Official releases later — per their announcement, e.g. "two weeks before the show" or a specific date. We send them the moment we have them.
3) The official platform has a ticket-retrieval security check — tickets only become collectable after a waiting period (a few hours up to 48 hours or more). We send them once retrieved and sorted.
Being secured is not the same as being in hand. The arrangement stated on each show's page takes precedence, and we'll notify you the moment we have your tickets.
DeliveryCan I collect my tickets in person?
Yes, but only in selected areas. Message us and we'll let you know what's possible for your location.
DeliveryHow do I know my tickets are genuine?
Once we've secured your tickets we send you the official purchase record so you can verify it yourself. We only sell first-hand tickets bought directly from official channels.
RefundsWhat is your refund policy?
It depends on whether we managed to secure your tickets.
• We fail to secure them — we refund your ORDER AMOUNT (e.g. an RM1,500 order is refunded RM1,500).
• The event is postponed or cancelled — we refund the ticket face value. The service fee is not refunded, because the tickets were secured and that work is already done.
• You change your mind or can no longer attend — no refund.
Refunds are normally processed within 1-7 working days. When several concerts go on sale around the same time it can take a little longer — we're sorry for the wait, and we'll get it to you as soon as we can. 🙏
Please note: third-party costs such as exchange-rate differences and PayPal or cross-border transfer fees are borne by the buyer and are not part of the refund. Example: your order is RM1,500 but RM1,593 left your account after rates and fees — we refund RM1,500.
Membership presale codes are not refundable either: a code is single-use and is spent once it has been used to enter the presale, whether or not tickets were secured.
ServiceDo you resell tickets for other people?
No. We don't take third-party tickets for resale — we only sell first-hand tickets, so our customers can be sure they'll get in.
GrabbingHow do the tickets reach me? Do you need my account?
It depends on the show — there are three arrangements, and the correct one is stated on that concert's page:
1) Some shows (mostly Korean ones) are name-bound and the official platform requires the ticket to be bought under YOUR own verified account, so we will ask you for that account.
2) For some shows we buy with our own account and then transfer the mobile e-ticket to your account once secured.
3) For some shows we buy with our own account and you collect the tickets yourself using the purchase record we give you.
Always follow what that show's page says — do not assume it works the same as another show. Ask us if you are unsure.
GrabbingWhat should I be careful about during the grab?
Three things matter, and getting them wrong can cost you the ticket:
1) Give your account to ONLY ONE help-to-buy provider. If several people queue with the same account, the platform may block it.
2) Do NOT log in or join the queue yourself with that account while we are grabbing — it can knock our session out.
3) Make sure every detail you submit is real and verified. If the booking fails because an account was not properly verified, the refund is limited as stated in the terms.
OrderingWhat does name-bound (real-name) mean?
Some shows require every ticket to be registered to a real attendee's name, exactly as it appears on their passport or ID. For those shows we will ask for the attendee's full name and ID during checkout.
Once registered the name usually cannot be changed, corrected or transferred, and a name that does not match the document can mean refused entry with no refund — so please double-check the spelling before you submit.
